Valerie Stephani works as a cultural education officer. She focuses in particular on issues relating to participation and inclusion, as well as the structural opening up of cultural institutions. As a qualified designer, she spent many years working on the topic of ‘Design for All’ in the context of participatory planning processes. From 2016 onwards, she continued this focus at the Klassik Stiftung Weimar, linking it to the question of participation-oriented museum development. Through dialogue with her partners in the Verbund Inklusion network, she was able to develop various inclusion projects, as well as new organisational guidelines for this area, at the Klassik Stiftung.
