Try our "Cleaning, Waste Disposal and Parking" Service Package. You can book it together with your exhibitor registration. Prices depending on the size of your stand (8 - 20 m² for 175.00 EUR, 21 - 30 m² for 210.00 EUR, 31 - 40 m² for 349.00 EUR, 41 - 50 m² for 384.00 EUR). The package includes:

• daily evening cleaning of the stand (cleaning of floors and stand furnishings without exhibits)
• bin bag set in 4 colours à 70 l including collection and disposal
  • for a stand size of up to 30 sqm: 1 bag set
  • for a stand size from 31 sqm: 2 bag sets
• car/van parking up to 5 m in length in the exhibition grounds:
  • for a stand size of up to 30 sqm: 1 parking space
  • for a stand size from 31 sqm: 2 parking spaces

For the first time, we are offering exhibitors the opportunity to book slots to hold exhibitor presentations (PDF, 282 kB) at the Exhibitor Forum directly in Hall 4. A 30-minute slot costs EUR 250 plus VAT. More information is available in our pdf. You can also book a time slot when you register as an exhibitor.

Experience innovations up close - museum technology you can touch and try out

New at MUTEC: In addition to your booked stand at MUTEC, you have the opportunity to show your products/exhibits/technologies in action in a separate area. This allows our visitors to familiarise themselves directly with your products. The exhibits will be labelled with information about your company and refer to your stand.

Light room - always in the best light

New at MUTEC: A self-contained and darkened cube with the best conditions for lighting solutions in action - that's the light room! Various objects (pictures, vases, sculptures and more) are professionally illuminated here and thus offer two presentation areas at the same time: Firstly for museum lighting manufacturers and secondly for exhibitors who want to have their objects perfectly showcased. The room offers space for 9 objects and 9 lighting manufacturers - the size of the room may vary depending on the number of registrations.

Participation for lighting manufacturers costs €500.00 plus VAT. Exhibitors who also want to present their objects in the right light can use the light room for €250 plus VAT.

The logos of participating companies will be placed on the outside of the cube, and luminaires and exhibits will be labelled with information about your company. There is also an area in front of the light room for discussions with customers.
