After a few years of abstinence, we are now back at Mutec. We are very satisfied with our participation in the trade fair. A big compliment to the organization team of Leipziger Messe for the very good support and the great communication. In the run-up to the trade fair, we were very excited to see what was in store for us. We welcomed many visitors to our stand over the two days and held numerous concrete project discussions. This applies both to our existing customers and to numerous new customers. We think the combination with the parallel denkmal trade fair is very good. The valuable supporting program is an essential component for the success of this event. The biennial rhythm also suits our company perfectly. Our verdict on the trade fair is very positive.
  • René Schneider, CEO Luftbefeuchtung Proklima GmbH / BRUNE
We came to Mutec to present our latest generation of humidifiers. This was very well received by the trade visitors. We are (therefore) very happy with our participation at the trade fair. We were able to hold numerous qualified technical discussions. The spectrum ranged from detailed information to the initiation of business. The timing of the trade fair in November is ideal for us and very advantageous from a business perspective. The connection to denkmal, which takes place at the same time, is also excellent. As restorers are also among our customers, this creates valuable intersections. We will definitely be there again next time.
  • Tino Stockmar, CEO Barrierefreiheit GmbH
Already as a visitor two years ago, it was clear to me that we had to exhibit at MUTEC. Our aim was to present our flexible floor guidance system for blind people to museums - and it worked brilliantly at our premiere in Leipzig. We received an amazing response and consistently positive feedback. We will definitely be back at the next MUTEC - perhaps even at denkmal.
  • Sören Jakobshagen, CEO MONUMEDIA GmbH
The trade fair concept was a complete success. We were able to welcome some of the trade visitors to our stand on both days of the fair. Although we had enlarged our stand for this event, we were not always able to fully cover the huge response from the public. The atmosphere was pleasant and the trade visitors stayed at our stand for a very long time. A consistently positive signal! Numerous in-depth discussions and specific inquiries about our solutions make us confident that we can expect good business after the trade fair. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to the next event.
  • Philipp Orschler, CEO Cura3D
The three of us have always been in close proximity to each other at the stand in recent years. This year, we had the idea of having a joint stand at MUTEC. That went down extremely well. We created a place that positively promotes exchange and ensures that visitors can find out about various aspects of museum technology. All of this took place in a pleasant atmosphere. We are very satisfied with the response. The spatial separation of denkmal and MUTEC ensures that people who are primarily interested in museum technology can be found at the stand. In this respect, the concept was a complete success. The fact that the duration of the trade fair was reduced to two days means that there is a greater focus on visitors - something that should definitely be maintained.
  • Anastasia Ziegler, CEO ICOM Deutschland
For us, MUTEC is a really good opportunity to talk to our members as well as experts and interested parties from the museum sector. We had an enormously high level of visitor activity at our stand and were able to network well. We are very pleased with the positive response and our presence. We were able to discuss our most important topics with visitors at the MUTEC Forum under the title “Museums of the future: developing strengths from crises”. MUTEC is a good place to network with the museum world and create visibility. There is a pleasant atmosphere. We are already looking forward to MUTEC 2026!

The trade fair was a good opportunity for us to exchange ideas. Our planned networking event was well received and we realized once again that the focus for many is on getting into conversation with each other. For us, the focus is less on products and more on coming here as an association to maintain contact with existing members and recruit new members. This has been successful. Last but not least, the trade visitors and other exhibitors have expanded and strengthened our network.
  • Liz Müller, Sales and Distribution, molitor
The response to our stand was extremely good. We met numerous existing customers, but also had the opportunity to establish contacts with new customers. That's not surprising, as the experts and companies working in the industry are represented at this trade fair. We really enjoy being here, it's fun. In fact, we didn't even get to look at the program that much. We had such a huge rush of visitors that all four of our employees were busy.
