Vita

Annette T. Keller is a freelance scientific photographer specialising in multispectral imaging. She studied photographic technology in Berlin and has around 20 years of experience in the fields of documentation and art diagnostics using multispectral imaging. Since 2000, she has worked closely with the Opificio delle Pietre Dure in Florence for 16 years, as well as with many other institutions and museums around the world.Together with Dr Alfredo Aldrovandi, Diane Kunzelman and Ezio Buzzegoli, she developed the UV False Colour method at the OPD in 2004. Together with Prof. Roland Lenz from the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, she has been developing further calibration solutions and study cases for multispectral imaging since 2017. Since 2018, she has been working part-time with Phase One to develop spectral and multispectral photographic solutions in multiband and narrow band for the fields of cultural heritage and forensic investigations.
