Short description

Ticketing systems collect large amounts of data and offer options for analysing this data directly in the system. However, if complex analyses are required or data from several systems is to be analysed together, internal system analysis options reach their limits.

Description

For such scenarios, we enable direct access to the data via a so-called replica database. This allows extensive analyses to be carried out using SQL queries. This also enables the connection of tools such as PowerQuery and PowerBI and the creation of dashboards. For example, data on the origin of visitors from the ticketing and POS systems can be merged in the replica database and analysed together there. Another possible application is the evaluation of visitor emissions in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (CO2 culture standard).
