Here you will find all the important information about your trade fair appearance:
Exhibitor passes (for free and for purchase)
The free exhibitor passes can be downloaded via the online ordering system since 10.10.2022. The exhibitor passes must be personalized at the same time.
As an exhibitor you will get for free:
- up to 12 m² 2 exhibitor passes
- from 13 m² to 20 m² 3 exhibitor passes
- for each additional 10 m² 1 exhibitor pass
- up to a maximum of 20 exhibitor passes
If you need more exhibitor passes, you can order them for a purchase via the online ordering system.
They must be also personalized.
In order to allow you a quick access to the event, we recommend that you retrieve the exhibitor passes before arriving at the event location and bring them with you in printed form.
During the time of stand construction and dismantling, no badges are necessary.

Opening event denkmal and MUTEC
The official opening event for denkmal and MUTEC will take place on 23.11.2022 at 7 pm in the Kongresshalle am Zoo Leipzig.
We will send you the corresponding invitations in the next few days.

Lecture as MUTEC exhibitor
As the MUTEC Forum is fully booked, we have created additional lecture facilities in the MUTEC Seminar Room. This is located not far from the MUTEC Forum and can accommodate up to 50 people in row seating.

For MUTEC 2022, as an exhibitor you will benefit from improved hotel conditions and special cancellation periods. You can find an overview

As a registered exhibitor, after you have received your stand assignment, you can use the online ordering system to request an unlimited number of free client invitations (print or codes). There will be no additional costs associated with this in the follow-up to MUTEC.
The printed customer invitations will be sent to you. You can retrieve the codes yourself after being notified by our customer service. The printed invitations can be ordered until 10.11.2022 and the codes until 22.11.2022.
Please inform the recipients of your client invitations that these may only be redeemed via the online ticket shop on www.mutec.de/ticket .
Last Minute Parking
In case you have not booked parking tickets for the period of the event, you can buy them in the Last Minute at the entrance North 1
on 23.11.2022, from 9 am to 6 pm and
on 24.11.2022, from 8 am to 12.00 o'clock
Last Minute Stand Construction/ Stand Equipment
The Last Minute Service is located in the Glass Hall: here you can order selected stand construction services (at an extra charge) on 23.11.2022 (9 am to 6 pm) and still on the first day of the fair (24.11.2022, 8 am to 12 o'clock).
This year we are offering a further service via the MUTEC app in the form of a matchmaking tool in addition to the hall plan, exhibitor directory and specialist program. Exhibitors and visitors register for matchmaking and can make appointments via the app. In this way, the fair visit can be planned perfectly.
As an exhibitor, we also offer you the option to directly link your exhibitor entry on our website to the Matchmaking tool so that visitors can get in touch with you even more easily. Simply use the token (sent in a separate e-mail) to link to your profile. This service is free of charge.
Nacht im Museum
Leipziger Messe and MUTEC cordially invite you to the "Nacht im Museum" on Friday, 25 November 2022. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of Leipzig's museums with the museum backstage tours and round off the evening with a relaxed get-together in the Alte Börse.

Online ordering system
Here , you can access the online ordering system to quickly and easily order our services. These include:
- Stand construction/furnishings
- Technical services such as installation of electricity/water
- Publishing services
- Free client invitations (print or as a code)
- Scan2Lead/Lead tracking
- Exhibitor passes (free and for purchase)
- Parking facilities
- Stand cleaning and much more
Your user name for your client account can be found in the stand assignment, which you will receive from us via email. If you no longer have your password from previous events or you are taking part in denkmal for the first time, please request it directly via the "Forgot your password (request)?" button on the online ordering system website. NOTE: For technical reasons, the password will be sent to the company email address listed in your stand assignment. This is also indicated in your stand assignment.
After entering your password, you will be prompted to change it. Please make note of your password, as it will be needed for any further activity in the online ordering system.
Please submit all technical orders and permit applications at the latest by 13 October 2022. From four weeks before the start of the event (27.10.2022), there will be a 15 per cent late surcharge on selected services.
Parcel shipments will be delivered directly to the exhibition stand by the appointed parcel and courier companies during an event if the conditions described below are fulfilled:
- the shipment arrives for delivery during the construction and fair period between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- the address of the recipient is clear and in the following format:
Name of the event
name of the recipient/company
Mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory and other publishing services
In the online ordering system , click the "Media Services/Exhibitor Directory" button to access the order shop of our authorised publisher NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH.
Please double-check the information provided here in your mandatory entry (company name, street, city/town, state, phone, email, internet, hall, stand, 2 product categories, listing of one or more topic areas (NEW), 1 product presentation, contact person with contact information [phone, email]).

PR service for exhibitors
Benefit from our communication channels and our network! You can send us your product or service information via the following form . We will include it as applicable in press releases, online newsletters and social media posts. This service is free of charge.
Rental invoices including communication services will be sent starting in October 2022. Payment of this invoice is required in order to download your free exhibitor passes. All other ordered services with the exception of Fairnet (invoices will also be placed before the beginning of the event) will be billed within four weeks of the event finishing.
With the help of Scan2Lead, the state-of-the-art solution for lead tracking at trade fairs worldwide, you can easily record your trade fair contacts digitally and in real-time. The Scan2Lead SMART app enables you to scan barcodes or business cards using your smartphone or tablet and annotate them with notes, photos, etc. This information is also available to download as an Excel file with just one click and can be easily uploaded to your CRM or other marketing system and used for your campaigns. You can order a licence to use the app on your own smartphones and tablets via the online ordering system .
Stand construction approval
Stand construction registration and applications for technical permits and hazardous exhibits have been replaced by a semi-automated approval process for your planned trade fair stand. This offers you an easy and convenient way to communicate the necessary information about your planned trade fair stand. You will then receive information about any requirements necessary to ensure safe operations.
Our event technology team will also send you an email with a link to a separate query page and a password for it. After you have initially registered with this single-use password, we recommend creating a personalised password so that you can save data while working and continue later. Please complete the entries at short notice.
The control procedures required for stand operators during the construction, disassembly, and operation phases with regard to respecting technical guidelines and applicable laws, orders, and provisions remain essential to the safe use of the event location.

Advertising space on the exhibition grounds
Draw attention to your company at the Leipzig Trade Fair! Our service partner FAIRNET rents out exclusive advertising space in the indoor and outdoor areas of the Leipzig Exhibition Centre in a prime location.
Point out your company to visitors as soon as they arrive at the exhibition centre. Make effective use of the trade fair environment for your self-confident corporate image and convince trade fair visitors.
