Co-exhibitor:
The fee for co-exhibitors is €295.00 plus €210.00 for the basic marketing package*. The registration of co-exhibitors is done through the exhibitor registration.

*includes:
- Basiseintrag im Online-Ausstellerverzeichnis mit Mood-Bild (Firma, Adresse, Ansprechpartner, Verlinkungen zu Website und Social-Media-Kanälen, Zuordnung zu zwei Produktgruppen, eine Produktpräsentation;
- Entry in the folded map that will be distributed during the event;
- Providing a promotion code for inviting an unlimited number of trade visitors at a discounted price of €12.00 (instead of €24.00). The price is to be paid by the trade visitor.
- Providing various advertising materials
**With the new sustainability allowance (€8.50/m²), we are specifically promoting sustainable projects at the Leipzig Trade Fair and ensuring environmentally friendly disposal.

Updates for MUTEC 2026
Marketing Packages for Greater Visibility
Leipziger Messe will now provide all digital services directly – external providers will no longer be involved. The former communication fee has been replaced by the mandatory Basic Marketing Package. In addition, optional packages are available that can be booked easily for even greater reach – all handled directly by Leipziger Messe. Upgrades to these packages can already be selected during registration. From March 2026, packages and further services will also be available through the Media Shop.
Please note: Leipziger Messe GmbH is solely responsible for the marketing, processing, and publication of media entries. Other publishers offering similar directories are not authorized by Leipziger Messe GmbH.
Sustainability Fee
For exhibitors, a sustainability fee of €8.50/m² will be charged for the event. This fee helps reduce the environmental impact of trade fairs, supports the creation of a sustainable and innovative platform, and finances future-oriented investments. Invite Visitors Without Limit
With your individual invitation code, you can invite an unlimited number of visitors to MUTEC. Your customers and partners will only pay the reduced ticket price (€12 instead of €24 per day ticket).
NEW: Upon request, you will receive the visitor data (name, industry, and e-mail address) of redeemed codes after the event – at no additional cost to you.
Get-Together on the First Evening
On the first evening of the trade fair, an informal get-together for the sector will take place, including food, drinks, and music. The perfect opportunity to connect after the first day – without any official program points. Details regarding location, time, and ticket purchase will follow at a later date.

Service Package
Take advantage of our service package “Cleaning, Waste Disposal, Parking.”
This package can already be booked with the exhibitor registration and is scaled according to stand size:
- 6–20 m²: €175.00
- 21–30 m²: €210.00
- 31–40 m²: €349.00
- 41–50 m²: €384.00
Services included:
- Daily evening stand cleaning (floor care including cleaning of stand furnishings, excluding exhibits)
- Waste bags including evening collection and disposal:
- Up to 30 m² stand size: 3 bags
- From 31 m² stand size: 6 bags
Car/van parking space (up to 5 m in length) on the exhibition grounds:
- Up to 30 m² stand size: 1 parking space
- From 31 m² stand size: 2 parking spaces
Action Area
Action Area 2026 – Experience Innovations First-Hand. Museum Technology to Touch and Try Out
At MUTEC 2026, exhibitors have the opportunity to present their products, exhibits, and technologies in a central Action Area in addition to their stand. Visitors can discover and try out the objects independently. Each exhibit will be accompanied by information about the company and a reference to the respective stand.

- 15-minute presentation slot in the adjacent pitch area
- Presentation across all MUTEC channels and special marking in the exhibitor directory

Exhibitor Presentation
Exhibitor Presentation in the Exhibitor Forum at MUTEC 2026
As an exhibitor at MUTEC 2026, you have the opportunity to present your company, products, or services in your own 30-minute presentation in the Exhibitor Forum, located directly in the exhibition hall. This allows you to reach your professional audience directly and gain additional visibility beyond your stand.
