Torsten Cech is Head of Technology and Security at the Museum of Fine Arts in Leipzig and spokesperson for the Security section of the Security and Facilities Management Working Group within the German Museum Association. He is active in the ICOM Security and Somm working groups, a permanent member of the examination boards for the qualifications of ‘Sachkunde’, ‘Fachkraft’, ‘Servicekraft’ and ‘Meister’ in the security industry, and a self-employed security consultant.
