Having previously worked as a digital curator and project manager for renowned German museums, she now applies her expertise to the development of digital solutions on the technology side. As Head of Consulting & Business Development at fluxguide, she is responsible for devising innovative formats for knowledge transfer. Her focus is on digital innovations, XR and generative AI in the cultural sector.

Asking questions, listening, telling stories: AI in digital education

This presentation analyses the transformation of digital knowledge transfer in the cultural sector through artificial intelligence. It examines three approaches: the AI chatbot ‘daialogue’ for the dialogic exploration of online collections; the ‘mėander’ principle, in which AI adapts content in real time based on the user’s location; and reflective, non-competitive learning through non-judgemental questions. Overall, a static collection is transformed into a dynamic, dialogic space for knowledge transfer that is accessible to all age groups.
