Short description

The Thuringia Museum Association is organizing a further training course at MUTEC as part of the Thuringia state funding programme for traineeships in Thuringian museums, in which the handling of exhibition objects will be explained in theory and practice.

The content of the training covers the following points:

basic rules of conduct when dealing with art and cultural assetsTypes of objects and object materialsimparting basic conservation knowledgeHandling, storage and presentation of art and cultural assetsDiscovering and evaluating practical examples: Accompanied tour of MUTEC afterwards

Access to the seminar venue is via the Congress Center Leipzig, Seehausener Allee 1, 04356 Leipzig.
