Short description

Culture and money. These still seem to be two poles that do not necessarily attract one another. And that is precisely where the misunderstanding begins. Because fundraising is not primarily about money. It’s about an attitude towards the people who want to support culture. But this requires more than just structures. Sometimes it doesn’t even need them. In fact, the path to a donation is quite straightforward for the cultural sector. All it needs to do is apply the same standards to its fundraising as it does to exhibitions, events and concerts. In his short talk, Matthias Daberstiel reveals where you can start to make a difference.
