Cultural Index. Agentic Booking for cultural organisations

A visitor asks ChatGPT, Claude or Siri to “book tickets for the opening of the Pergamon Museum”. The AI assistant should be able to find the museum, check availability, process the payment and issue the tickets. At present, this is not possible. Museums are invisible to AI agents, as there is no connection between the agent platforms and the systems that museums actually use.

Cultural Index (CIX) bridges this gap. This new go~mus service makes the entire range of museum offerings (exhibitions, tickets, guided tours, events, annual passes, gift vouchers) accessible to AI agents via a clear set of tools. The agent searches, the agent books, the visitor pays, and the museum receives the order. CIX supports MCP, ACP and UCP, meaning the same integration works for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and whatever else is yet to come.

You can access the automatic translation in text form directly on your smartphone via the Video.Taxi website. If you have headphones, you can also follow the translation via them.

2. Translation via headset (beta version):
