After completing his degree in Business Administration, specialising in tourism management, Ralf Winkens worked in city tourism for more than 20 years. In 2017, he made the switch from the user side to the provider side and as a project manager at click around GmbH, took charge of the further development of click around TOURS – working closely with the system’s users. Today, Ralf Winkens also serves as Head of Customer Service and Data Protection Officer for click around GmbH.
