Following training in strategic marketing, corporate finance and academic theology, Baptiste Dupont-Grillet took over as head of Laville Braille & Tactile in 2021. In this role, he was responsible for repositioning the company, focusing on the design and manufacture of tactile educational materials for museums and cultural venues, as well as the production of publications in Braille. At Laville Braille & Tactile, we view our work as a dialogue between our expertise in art history, accessibility in the cultural sector, tactile graphic design and printing technology. Building on this foundation, we design and produce tactile educational resources for museums and cultural venues, as well as publications in Braille. More than 20 years of collaborative projects with museums in France and across Europe have given rise to a collective approach, combined with an ongoing reflection on the fundamentals of museum education. Building on this experience, Baptiste Dupont-Grillet gives talks on accessibility in the cultural sector and on the design of tactile educational resources.
