“We were able to make a lot of contacts at MUTEC. This led to several orders, which later resulted in business,” reports Dennis Willkommen from DroidSolutions. With its own booth, the company was highly visible and reached its target group directly.

This not only resulted in contacts with museums of all sizes – from small district museums to internationally renowned institutions. There were also exciting encounters with other exhibitors: a provider of display solutions and DroidSolutions found each other at the trade fair, and the spontaneous encounter developed into a successful cooperation. “It is precisely these synergy effects that cannot be expected in advance – and that make MUTEC so valuable,” says Willkommen.

In addition to direct exchanges with customers, DroidSolutions also used the MUTEC Forum to promote its image. With a presentation on “AI-based tools in KULDIG AppCreator for creating apps for museums and cultural institutions,” the company attracted a lot of attention and received positive feedback.
