denkmal Moscow 2011
denkmal Leipzig 2011
International Trade Fair for Heritage Preservation, Restoration and Museum Technology
29th September to 1st October 2011
For the first time, denkmal will take place in Russia, the largest country of the world with a great number of historical monuments, more than 2,000 museums and other places of cultural interest. The Moscow event is based on the successful concept of denkmal Leipzig and targets conservationists, restorers, archaeologists, architects and builders, planners, researchers and representatives of universities, heritage authorities and museums.
The new trade fair in Moscow is supported by public authorities and important Russian organisations like the Monuments Administration of the City of Moscow, the Culture Ministry of the Russian Federation, ICOM Russia, the Unions of Architects and Restorers.
Thus, Leipzig as a window to Eastern Europe creates another important location of the Trade Fair for Heritage Preservation, Restoration and Museum Technology.
Innovative methods and technologies for planning and fittings of museums as well as design and presentation can be expected to be visitor magnets just as at last year’s MUTEC in Leipzig.
denkmal Moscow is organised by Leipziger Messe International GmbH – we support the project to establish a joint MUTEC-Leipzig pavilion.
If you are interested, please contact Leipziger Messe (Jana Mühler, j.muehler@lm-international.com) or us (info@mutec.de, T. +49 – (0)89 – 272948-20).
We look forward to hearing from you.
